How to decorate 1000 gingerbread cookies in 4 hours?
Confectionery plotters can be used to create many unique products. Printed gingerbreads in various shapes can hang among baubles on the Christmas tree or be an addition to Christmas gifts. Decorating these gifts by hand takes a lot of time. Direct printing technology speeds up the process considerably, allowing you to increase production and thus also your company’s profits. At the same time, automation of the process through the use of printing does not take away from the artistic work of the confectioner, but only increases the speed of implementation. Graphics for printing can be prepared by oneself with the use of a graphics tablet and reproduced in any quantity, creating gifts on the direct order of a client.
Gingerbread project – using food printer in cookies decoration
In cooperation with Wacom company we had an opportunity to create such Christmas gifts. We printed 1000 pieces of gingerbread cookies creating 250 gift packages. It took us less than 4 hours to decorate the cookies! Below you can see the effects of our work.
1. Production
2. Direct printing
3. Gift wrapping
This project shows how our machines support serial production of confectionery. The machines significantly speed up the work, which is very important especially in such a busy period as Christmas. Thanks to our technology it is possible to execute more orders and make them in shorter time.
