Nanosolvent Printers
Learn about innovative solutions using nano-ink technology that penetrates the structure of the material.
AQUILA Nanosolvent
Printers with nano-printing technology work well for specialized marking of difficult materials.
Explore the productNanosolvent printers using nano printing technology are the optimal solution for marking absorbent and flexible materials such as wood, leather, cork or candles. These devices provide an aesthetically pleasing print that adapts to the structure of the substrate and deforms with it.
How do Nanosolvent printers work?
Nanosolvent printing is a variation of inkjet printing that uses pigments colored with powders with diameters smaller than 100 nm. The innovative nano-inks penetrate the structure of the material, making the print more resistant to mechanical and chemical damage. At the same time, the prints are natural, adapting to the structure of the substrate and deforming with it.
Nanosolvent printing technology is an alternative to UV LED printing. It allows, among other things:
- printing on candles;
- printing on cork;
- printing on wood;
- printing on foamed PVC …
Benefits of using Nanosolvent printers
You are probably one of the modern entrepreneurs who flexibly adapt your solutions to the changing needs of your customers. Nanosolvent printers from IMAGO will help you achieve your commercial goals.
The high durability and flexibility of the print created on the nanosolvent printer allows you to mark unusual products and materials. The ink penetrating deep into the product is undetectable and does not form a layer on the surface of the print. As a result, nanosolvent printing is used wherever UV LED printers are not sufficient. What’s more, nanosolvent inks minimize the risk of damage to the print head and other components of the inkjet system.
Nanosolvent printers – Benefits for your business:
Maintained smooth product surface
Unlike UV LED printing, nano-solvent technology does not form a layer on the surface of the material, so the print is not perceptible
Ability to print on flexible substrates
Nanosolvent ink does not form a layer on the surface of the product, so it is possible to mark flexible and stretchable products
The ability to print directly on a variety of materials
including printing on wood, printing on plywood, printing on candles, printing on cork and many more…
High productivity
Low consumption of consumables reduces production costs
Durability of printing
Nanotechnology printing is resistant to mechanical and chemical damage
Very high print quality on bright substrates
Natural colors of prints
